Someone should probably explain what a disguise is to Paris Hilton, as it seems as though she hasn’t quite understood the concept of one.

She’s been spotted out in LA on a number of occasions in a brunette wig recently which she thinks adequately hides her identity, but it obviously doesn’t as she keeps on getting noticed by passers by and the paparazzi, such as she did yesterday.
